Thank you for choosing Vintross! We appreciate your purchase and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Please read this Warranty Policy carefully to understand your rights and our responsibilities.


Limited Warranty & Lifetime Customer Support

The Limited Warranty & Lifetime Customer Support apply only to eligible products purchased directly from Vintross Authorized Stores. This warranty excludes consumable items such as filters and brushes. Coverage is provided to the original purchaser only and cannot be transferred.

Vintross warrants that the product will be free from material and workmanship defects under normal household use and proper maintenance, as outlined in the Owner’s Guide, from the date of original purchase—subject to the conditions and limitations below.


What’s Covered?

  • Original units and/or non-wearable parts found to be defective (as determined by Vintross) will be repaired or replaced for up to 12 months from the purchase date.

  • If a full unit replacement is issued, the original warranty coverage ends.

  • Replacement accessories are only covered once; subsequent replacements of the same item are not included.

  • Vintross reserves the right to substitute the item with one of equal or greater value.

  • Return and reshipment costs (standard ground shipping only) are covered by Vintross for valid claims.

Vintross may, at its discretion, choose to:

  1. Repair the unit using new, equivalent-to-new, or refurbished parts.

  2. Replace the product with a new or refurbished model of similar function or equal value.

  3. Issue a refund for the original product purchase price (excluding tax and shipping).


What’s Not Covered?

This warranty does not cover damage or issues caused by:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Accidents, improper installation, or misuse

  • Disassembly, modification, or tampering with hardware or settings

  • Lack of proper maintenance

  • External causes like floods, power surges, or other environmental factors

  • Use in commercial or non-household settings

  • Repairs or modifications performed by unauthorized technicians

  • Second-hand products or items received as gifts

  • Free promotional products

  • Items purchased outside authorized Vintross channels or from international markets

For external power supplies, the following are also not covered:

  • Physical damage (e.g., cracked casing, broken connectors)

  • Severely bent, cut, or damaged power cords

  • Use of non-original adapters or power sources not included with the product

If your product malfunctions under normal household conditions during the warranty period, please contact us. We’ll provide self-help tips or initiate service support as needed.
